Are your products for human use?
No. All AEGÍS Peptides products are strictly for laboratory and scientific research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, or therapeutic application.
What purity standards do your products meet?
All products are manufactured and independently tested to achieve greater than 99% purity. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are available for every product batch.
How are products shipped?
We use temperature-controlled, cold-chain packaging with secure carriers to ensure product integrity during transit. Proper storage upon receipt is the responsibility of the purchaser.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
How do I reconstitute peptides?
We recommend using Bacteriostatic Water (BW) for reconstitution. Add BW slowly along the side of the vial, avoid shaking — gently swirl until dissolved. Always follow proper laboratory protocols.
Do I need a license to purchase?
Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and confirm that they are qualified researchers or laboratory professionals. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
How should products be stored?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C. Once reconstituted, store at 2–8°C and use within the timeframe indicated on the CoA. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH/bank transfers, and select cryptocurrency payments. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
